As we all known, HyperCam is originally jointly developed by Hyperionics LLC & Solveig Multimedia to enable people to capture videos from Microsoft Windows screen and output the final file to AVI format. It enjoys high prestige among the congeneric products to capture screen video.

Although Hyperionics released that HyperCam 2 can be downloaded permanent free, and granted free license for windows users, who are still crazy about the new version—HyperCam 3.

How to get the distinct new HyperCam 3

You just need to go to its official website, http://www.solveigmm.com/en/products/hypercam/,  to download the HyperCam 3’s executable file on your computer, . And install the program according to the hints form message box. Last click “Finish”, then the program icon will appear on your computer screen.

User guidelines of how to use the new HyperCam

This software is developed to capture everything performed on your computer screen, you can use it to make tutorial videos, demos, which is really useful to make presentations.

• 1. Select recording area.

The program offers three options to select recording area: Region, Full screen and Window. By clicking Region, you can manually drag the mouse to select area, or you can input Width and Height values in the blank. You will see that the selected grabbing area in a red rectangle.

• 2. Customize Options.

Click “Options”, it will pop up a message box enabling you make setting for recording.

• Video tab: In this interface, you can choose select “Record video”, so that you can customize the video compressor and output format. You can also choose the output folder in this interface.

• Audio tab: You should also choose “Record sound”, or other parameter will disable. You can choose sound device, source, and audio compressor.

• Extras tab: This interface is designed for users to make setting to mouse, including mouse click sound volum, left/right click color and something related.

• Interface tab: You can set hotkeys to Record/Pause, Stop and screenshot.

• 3. Record and stop.

When you are ready to record, just click “Record” icon or press hotkey to stars, it can record everything within the prescribed scope. Similarly, you can click “Stop” icon or hotkey to stop recording.

After recording, click “Recent records” pull-down menu, and select a video from the list, and click Play, Edit, Share and Browse to do whatever you want.

Play: click “Play”, the recorded video will automatically play be default media player.

Edit: you can navigate in the video by clicking or playing it, and create makers in the video, trim the video frame by frame.

Share: HyperCam 3 enables users directly unload video to YouTube, Vimeo, Dropbox.

Browse: you can see all the files you recorded.
